Mediating in conflicts

If you have a conflict with a colleague, professional guidance may be able to resolve this. Over the years, Triple Impact has often helped to resolve conflicts amongst colleagues at work. This can apply to all levels – employees, management and  company owners/partners. Insights gained during relationship therapy have led to an effective method for resolving conflicts involving owners or colleagues. Logically, the method that works for a relationship between life-partners, should also be successful in dealing with differences at work. The interests are not the same of course, but the method seems to work. A conflict is an ideal substrate for the personal growth of both parties: 'conflict is growth trying to happen'.

During a get-acquainted meeting, an approach is chosen which suits your own personal situation and together you go through a step-by-step plan. This session does not commit you to anything.

These depend on how much time is necessary to resolve the conflict. Usually half a day is sufficient. Please feel free to request a quotation, which is totally without commitment.

The get-acquainted meeting

The aim of this meeting is to explore what mediation can achieve for your company. We can adjust our method of working to correspond to your expectations for the outcome. Such a discussion is important, especially if your referrer and you are working with different agendas. The get-acquainted meeting can take place at your work or at the Triple Impact office, but we can also use Skype if necessary. This session is free of charge.
